Our Laboratory Bur Kit is the perfect choice for orthodontic retainer and appliance adjustments both chairside and in the lab. The medium taper, large pointed taper and large egg shape have precision cross cuts for quick and smooth acrylic trimming and appliance adjustment. The vacuum form cutter with spiral flutes is a trimming bur used to easily cutting out vacuum formed plastic appliances after they have been processed. These carbide lab burs are one piece construction for added strength, extremely long lasting and used in low speed straight handpieces. The flutes are evenly cut to provide a smooth and predictable finish every time. This kit comes complete with 4 burs in a black custom etched autoclavable alumimum bur block with each bur clearly labeled for simplified reorders.

Our High Speed Introductory Kit is a great way to see what our high speed line is all about. This kits contains two of each of our precision manufactured friction grip burs. The medium and fine grit diamonds are for creating space interproximally. The medium grit is for reducing the enamel and the fine grit is for smoothing the enamel. The 12 fluted finishing carbides are for removing bonding adhesive both labially and lingually and leaving behind a clean finish. The metal cutting bur is smooth and fast for cutting through metal appliances without vibration. The diamond impregnated polishing point quickly puts a high shine and glossy finish on the tooth. This kit comes complete with 14 burs in a black custom etched autoclavable alumimum bur block with each bur clearly labeled for simplified reorders.

Debonding Burs Intro Kit – High Speed

Our Debonding Kit contains an excellent selection of finishing carbides to remove bonding adhesive after bracket removal. Our 12 fluted friction grip finishing carbides will not cut or gouge the enamel during debonding. These burs quickly remove bonding material and leave behind a smooth clean finish. The long tapered carbides are for facial and buccal surfaces and the football carbide is for lingual surfaces. The diamond impregnated polishing point quickly puts a high shine and glossy finish on the tooth leaving the patient happy and the referring dentist impressed. This kit comes complete with 8 burs in a black custom etched alumimum bur block with each bur clearly labeled for simplified reorders.
