We keep our outside sales force much smaller than other manufacturers. A large outside sales force with company cars, samples, and commissions would be a significant expense. Our competitors are passing those costs onto you. We prefer to keep a knowledgeable inside sales team that can answer all of your questions over the phone. Several of our representatives worked in Orthodontic offices prior to joining us so they can add additional value with their experience.

Many of our products are manufactured at our facility in Carlsbad, California. When we don’t manufacture it, we buy direct from suppliers and bargain hard to get the best prices. We work diligently to keep our costs low because every dollar we save equals savings passed on to you.
